Return policy for goods purchased through RefSpace

Returns - the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance with the Seller.

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return it without giving any reason, within 14 days.

1. Check the terms of return with the respective Seller.
2. The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted directly to the Seller within 14 days (counting from the day after receiving the shipment).
3. Then, within the next 14 days, send the return to the address provided by the Seller.
4. You will find the contact information and address of the Seller in the order confirmation email, where the product was purchased.

Only a product that is undamaged and bears no signs of use can be returned.

The seller may refuse the right to return if the goods you buy meet one of the following criteria (according to the Law on Consumer Rights - Article 38):

1. products with a short shelf life or those that spoil quickly - for example: cottage cheese, fresh vegetables
2. sound recordings, visual recordings, computer programs that you get in a sealed package and open it - for example: remove the protective film from a brand-new game or a music or movie disc
3. newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except for subscription contracts)
4. services or items whose price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the trader has no control, and which may occur before the end of the withdrawal period - for example, investment products such as gold bars, gold collector coins, silver, platinum
5. things produced on your individual order, according to your instructions - for example, a T-shirt with a print designed by you
6. things delivered in sealed packaging, which, once opened, you cannot return for health or hygiene reasons - for example: personal underwear, pregnancy test, electric toothbrush tips, contact lenses, masks
7. digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period and after the entrepreneur informs you of the loss of the right of withdrawal - for example, downloading an ebook, a game code
8. things that, after delivery, due to their nature, you permanently connect with other things - for example: car oil that you pour into your car
9. medicinal products within the meaning of the pharmaceutical law, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices issued from a pharmacy - for example: OTC (over-the-counter) medicines.
