Packages

Seller can sell on RefSpace under three benefit packages:

1. Basic package 0 PLN / month. Under this package, the Seller has the opportunity to post 5 product listings at no additional charge.
2. Package standard 279 PLN 0 / month. Under this package, the Seller has the opportunity to post from 6 to 25 product offers - the cost of PLN 279 / month. Available for 0 zł from 2.04 to 31.08.2024.
3. Premium package* 3500 PLN / month. Within this package Seller receives:

1. possibility to place 26 and more product offers;
2. a dedicated Seller profile in the form of a Seller sub-page in the refspace.com domain, presenting the Seller's brand and products, as well as selected videos of Seller's products available on the platform;
3. two campaigns per month targeting a selected group of creators in the form of emails encouraging collaboration or informing about new offers.
4. A report listing 50 creators who have mentioned Seller's brand or product category on their social channels in the past two years.

Fees and Commissions

The above packages include the following price list of fees and commissions incurred by the Seller only if there is a sale of Goods posted by the Seller on the platform. The price list includes the following cost components for Seller's use of the RefSpace platform: (A) Stripe online payment processing, (B) account maintenance and use of the RefSpace platform, (C) commissions for the creator's promotional campaigns. Below is a description of these and examples of how they are calculated.

1. Stripe online payment processing fee (A): The online payment processing fee is calculated according to the price list of the Stripe online payment system. Seller does not bear the cost of processing the entire transaction, but only that part of the transaction which constitutes its revenue (including the amount for delivery). The fee (A) is also charged if the buyer returns the goods. Below are its sample calculations, but the final amount always depends on Stripe's current pricing lists for Przelewy24 payments (including BLIK) as well as for European cards and Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets.

• Example 1, purchase via Przelewy24 (including BLIK): the total fee for the transaction is 1.9% + 1 PLN. If the revenue from the sale of the product after subtracting the fees (B) and (C) is PLN 100 gross, the cost of processing the payment through Przelewy24 (e.g. using BLIK) will be PLN 2.9.
• Example 2, purchase with a standard European card: the total fee for the transaction is 2.5% + about PLN 1 (GBP 0.20). If the revenue from the sale of the product after deducting fees (B) and (C) is PLN 100 gross, then the cost of processing the payment paid with a standard European card will be PLN 3.50 (according to the exchange rate of 23.05.2024).

2. Account maintenance and use of the RefSpace platform (B): The fee for account maintenance and use of the RefSpace platform is calculated by deducting a fixed amount from the payment for each product sold, which is respectively:

A) PLN 2.60 (EUR 0.60 / USD 0.65) for products up to PLN 149.99 (Rate A in the Agreement),

B) PLN 5.20 (EUR 1.20 / USD 1.35) for products with a value equal to or greater than PLN 150 (Rate B in the Agreement).

These rates may be updated if the EUR/PLN exchange rate changes.

• Example 1: If the buyer purchased 2 different products (e.g. 1 piece of sonic toothbrush for 200 PLN and 1 piece of mascara for 130 PLN), the fee is 7.80 PLN.
• Example 2: If the buyer purchased 2 variants of the same product, (e.g. 2 T-shirts, one in size 36 and the other in size 38, each priced at PLN 89.99), the fee (B) will be PLN 2.60.
• Example 3: If the buyer purchased 2 variants of the same product, (e.g., a 100 ml perfume priced at 350 PLN and the same 30 ml perfume priced at 149 PLN), fee (B) will be 5.20 PLN.
• Example 4: If the buyer purchased a set offered by Seller as one inseparable product at a price of 169 PLN, the fee is 5.20 PLN.

3. Commission for creators' promotional campaigns (C): This is a fee, the amount of which is determined by the Seller himself when adding the product to the RefSpace database in the form of a fixed percentage of the gross sales price. The minimum value of this commission is 3%.

• Example: If for a product (including a product understood as a set of products) with a value of PLN 100, the Seller has set the amount of the Creator's Promotional Campaign Commission at 8%, it will amount him to PLN 8 on each unit of the product sold.
